Sport is essential for healthy skin. After training, the skin looks more resilient and fresh. You also remove toxins from the body together with sweat.

Only 20-30 minutes of exercise a day will help strengthen the heart muscle, bones and immune system, lower blood pressure, protect you from stress, enhance mood and increase energy level.

The most important thing is that the workouts favour, otherwise the benefits of sports will be minimal.

I just like to train every day but little by little. Usually it’s 15-25 minutes. I usually do not have enough patience for long workouts. Rather, I quickly become lazy, inventing excuses for myself why I can’t do that today. But for short workouts there’s always time)))

Regular trainings will accelerate metabolism and make the muscles elastic, which will slow the aging process and help control weight.

A few tips for skincare during workout:

  • Remove makeup before workout whenever possible, allow the skin to breathe. And be sure to drink plenty of water!
  • If you are training outdoors, use a sunscreen
  • Cleanse your face after exercising to get rid of any sweat and dirt, then apply moisturizer
