Raspberry, apple and orange smoothie Recipe
Today let’s cook smoothie together, which I like to cook very much.
- frozen raspberries
- plain yogurt
- Thaw raspberries.
- Squeeze orange juice.
- Remove the core and cut apple into large pieces.
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Any snack can be replaced by smoothies. You can drink it in the morning if you have no time for breakfast.
