This is great advice! I used to be a night owl, but when I became a mother, I had to become a morning person. I completely agree that waking up at the same time does help you establish a routine, and it is good to stay off your phone before bed!

It prompts us to think creatively about how we can improve or avoid common mistakes. The example of bathrooms with carpets is a great one—definitely not ideal for moisture-prone areas!

I’ve been using grapeseed oil as a moisturizer for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely noticed that my skin feels softer. It absorbs really well and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. Of course, everyone’s skin is different, but it’s been a positive experience for me so far!
