7 Healthy Snack Ideas For On the Go

Craving a snack on the way to work or school? Or craving a mid-afternoon snack? I came up with 7 snack ideas that are tasty and healthy.

Tips:
  • Always make sure you eat what you want and what your body asks for.
  • Also, to make sure you eat regularly. Eating 3 main meals and 2 snacks in between.
  • By planning snacks ahead, you’re less likely to experience hunger.
  • Healthy snacks can satisfy hunger and thirst.
  • Eating these products you influences not only your health and general well-being, but also your appearance.
Granola

Granola is one of my favorite snacks because you can just mix it with yogurt and enjoy a quick snack.

Smoothies

You can mix them up with all sorts of ingredients. I like adding berries.

Vegetables have the lowest calorie density of any type of food. A whole pound of vegetables is only 65 to 195 calories.
