The Easiest Homemade Bread Recipe – Batter Bread

I like to make bread. It always calms me down. If I’m in a bad mood, then I take the flour and start making bread.


Many people will say that it is difficult and I will not succeed. But you try it at least once and I’m sure that you will change your mind. Now, there are so many recipes  that everyone will find best for yourself.

Now I will share with you a very simple bread recipe which doesn’t require much time. What can be better than fresh, warm bread in your home?

Course: Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup of warm water
  • 11 g dry yeast
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • black sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cups warm water. Let stand until bubbles appear on the surface.
  • Add 1 cup warm water, 200g flour, sugar, salt. Mix ingredients. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise until doubled in volume.
  • Then add more flour and mix again (add more flour that the batter should be sticky). Cover again, and let rise until doubled.
  • Preheat oven to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased and floured loaf pan. Cover again, and let rise until doubled. Sprinkled with black sesame seeds if desired.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes.
  • Place on a cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!

The advantage this bread that stays soft for several days even in the fridge.
